Shipping policy
Returns
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with all parts included. Please include the original packaging when you send it back. This helps us process your return faster and keeps you from getting extra fees.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once your item is received at our warehouse and inspected. After inspection your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. If your return does not come back in its original packaging or we have to re package it a 10 percent restocking fee will be taken out of your refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color you can request an exchange within 30 days. Exchanges ship out once we get your item back and inspect it.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you get an item that is damaged or not what you ordered please contact us within 7 days so we can fix it fast.

We want you to get your iglu as quick as possible! Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmation emails M-F. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. We ship to the United States and Canada.
Incorrect Address: If the address you provide is undeliverable due to a mistake, you will be responsible for an additional $12 flat fee for postage needed.
