Return Policy Instructions

1. Return Window
   You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. 

2. Item Condition
   Items must be unused and have all original tags attached. A 20% restocking fee applies if the item shows signs of wear or is missing tags.

3. Return Shipping
   Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and upload a photo through the return portal.

4. How to Start a Return
   All returns are self-service. To begin, go to our Return Portal [HERE] and follow the steps. If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please note that clearly in the return process.

5. Refunds
   Refunds are issued once your item is received at our warehouse and inspected. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Holiday purchases will be allowed to return through January 15th when purchased after our Black Friday Sale.

ALL SALES FINAL - For any customized IGLU with customized patches, all sales are final.
